My name is Charlotte and I established Charlotte’s Virtual Assistant (CVA) based in Essex in order to assist companies and individuals who may not need a full-time employee but still need assistance occasionally.
I have a wide range of experience working as an Executive Assistant at board level within one of the UK’s leading financial industries covering: admin tasks, marketing, staff management, secretarial work and much more.
Working as a VA means I am able to assist clients with the running of their business without them having to pay for: desk space, work equipment, holiday/sick pay, pensions and other costs. You only pay for the hours you use!
I work from a timer (toggl – online timing application) so you are guaranteed you will only pay for the time the work has taken e.g. If a piece of work takes 15 minutes you will still have 45 minutes of my time to use.
So, what is a Virtual Assistant (VA)? A VA is a self-employed/freelance assistant, who generally works from their home helping clients with the jobs they don’t have time to carry out or simply don’t want to do. There are many different tasks that a VA is able to carry out for you, which means you are able to concentrate on the more important things in life, and not the paperwork!
Do I need a VA?
Admin is not everyone’s forte.
Business owners are often left feeling overwhelmed and struggling along trying to keep on top of everything BUT it should not be that way! So a VA is for you if you:
- Feel overwhelmed at your to-do list
- Are stressed trying to get everything done
- Leave essential admin tasks meaning they are completed late – if at all
- Find your business is running you not you running your business
- Find admin is not your forte
- Would like a right-hand team to add value to your business
- Want to grow your business – after all that will not happen when you spend your time on admin
