Can I purchase a set number of hours each month?

Every Virtual Assistant is different, from the way they work to their skill set and even their pricing structure. As with all businesses Virtual Assistants are no different in being unique.

So how do you decide which Virtual Assistant to work with?

It is a hard choice to make when you have so many decisions to take into account. Can you trust them, how does it work, I have not had a great experience before and the list is ongoing with concerns people have about outsourcing.

My objective is to make your decision easier by covering your concerns in blogs

One of those concerns is cost and hours – how does it work!? So, Here is how I price my set hour’s package (retainer). I have four main packages Diamond, Sapphire, Emerald & Ruby. Each cost a different amount depending on the number of hours you want/need and which tasks you are outsourcing. So here is a breakdown of each package along with requirements:

Diamond

  1. Minimum number of hours required per month is 10
  2. Payment is made up front of the work being carried out
  3. Covers all tasks required

Sapphire

  1. Minimum number of hours required per month is 12
  2. Payment is made up front of the work being carried out
  3. Covers mainly traditional PA tasks such as diary management

Emerald

  1. Minimum number of hours required per month is 15
  2. Payment is made up front of the work being carried out
  3. Covers general data entry tasks mainly.

Ruby

The Ruby package is slightly different as it is based more on a specialised skill set for projects such as Business startup set up with social media, CRM etc, social media management, holiday cover and mystery shopping. This is a great package for people wanting specialised support but not regularly.

Can I only purchase the hours above for a package?

Absolutely not. The packages above have a preferential rate meaning you do not pay the normal hourly pay as you go rate of £25ph. The only restriction would be if you want less than the minimum hours required for the preferential rate – Therefore you would generally be on the pay as you go rate or project rate which is priced upon discussion.

It is as easy as that. I do not make it hard and I promise to be upfront with everything just like I have here. This is one concern that I find the majority of people have where they don’t see the number of hours they require advertised so assume we cannot help for a different amount of hours – WRONG I can help.
